Position Overview: The Senior Financial Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing all financial operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Ensure the accurate and timely generation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Analyze financial outcomes and trends, offering insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all accounting processes.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to facilitate strategic decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to enhance operational performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team. Promote a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Provide training and support to ensure team members meet professional and organizational standards.
- Process Enhancement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in accounting practices. Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements.
- Strategic Contribution: Play a key role in the organization’s strategic planning by providing financial insights and recommendations. Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or CPA designation is highly desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3-5 years in a managerial or director-level position. Experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
