Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with Psychiatrists, Therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment goals
  • Document patient information and treatment plans in accordance with hospital policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment
  • American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification
  • Formal training in management of aggressive patients
  • Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred
