Our client, a family-owned manufacturing business, is seeking a seasoned Corporate Controller to lead their accounting functions in Lebanon, PA.

This role reports to the CFO and involves managing a team of 5, overseeing daily accounting, payroll, and banking operations, and leading the ERP transition from Great Plains to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 5 and oversee daily accounting, payroll, and banking operations.
  • Lead the ERP transition from Great Plains to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and produce accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and improve financial controls.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration (CPA and/or MBA preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in public accounting and with a manufacturing company.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills to guide a small team.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, especially Great Plains, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
