ROLE SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about available insurance products.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to meet customer needs while fostering business development.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong dedication to customer service
  • Preferred sales experience (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Ability to secure a Life/Health License
  • Capability to meet mutually established marketing objectives
  • Interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer needs
