ROLE SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Implement a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about available insurance products.
- Utilize effective communication skills to meet customer needs while fostering business development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong dedication to customer service
- Preferred sales experience (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Ability to secure a Life/Health License
- Capability to meet mutually established marketing objectives
- Interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer needs
