We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at Select Medical. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in developing and nurturing professional relationships with case managers, physicians, and clinicians in acute care hospitals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Create target lists of contacts and decision-makers in assigned hospitals, develop relationships, and provide excellent customer service to educate referral sources on services provided by our rehabilitation hospital.
- Drive Referrer Satisfaction and Account Retention: Demonstrate positive referrer satisfaction and account retention through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Market and Promote Rehabilitation Services: Educate potential patients and families on acute rehabilitation and benefits of program(s), distribute collateral materials, and support Sales and Marketing through educational programs, tours, and meetings in assigned hospitals.
- Grow Market Share and Identify New Opportunities: Develop strategies to grow market share in core business lines in assigned hospitals, create quarterly goals and objectives, and submit to supervisor.
- Collaborate with Business Development Team: Work with the VP/Director Business Development to identify opportunities for expansion of strategic business initiatives.
- Current and Valid State Licensure: Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist required.
- Experience and Skills: Two years related experience working in a clinical healthcare setting or previous experience working in a clinical liaison role preferred. Demonstrated competency with the preadmission process, including assessments and relationship-building in a rehabilitation setting or in another post-acute care setting preferred.
