At Intermountain Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Walk-In Care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch care and patient experience in our urgent care clinics.
About the Role:As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in our Walk-In Care clinics, you will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and families.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients and develop treatment plans
- Provide education to patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
- Document patient information and treatment plans
- Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License
- Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License
- At least 3 years of walk-in care/urgent care experience preferred
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific)
