  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary parts and materials are available.
  • Conduct regular inspections of aircraft and maintenance facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring that all expenses are properly accounted for.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs for maintenance personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are properly documented and recorded.
  • Develop and implement procedures for handling maintenance-related issues and complaints.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Aircraft and Powerplant license required.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
