As a Registered Nurse on our Mother Baby Unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care, promoting a safe and supportive environment, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to mothers and babies, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
- RN degree and active New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- BLS and ACLS & NRP certification
- Preferred: BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hire, Mother Baby experience, and Specialty Certification
