RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Monmouth Medical Center. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in NICU care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care to NICU patients and their families
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Participate in high-risk deliveries and provide support to families during this critical time
* Educate patients and families on NICU care and procedures
Requirements:
* RN degree from an accredited nursing program
* NJ RN license
* At least 2 years of NICU experience
* BLS (American Heart Association) and NRP certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
* BSN degree
* Specialty certification in NICU care
