Resumen del Puesto: Buscamos un Supervisor de Operaciones de Almacén temporal que tenga un sólido entendimiento de la manufactura esbelta y Six Sigma. Serás responsable de supervisar las operaciones del almacén en un entorno dinámico, asegurando procesos fluidos y eficientes.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Gestionar las actividades diarias del almacén: recepción, almacenamiento y envío de productos.
  • Aplicar principios de manufactura esbelta y Six Sigma para mejorar la eficiencia y reducir desperdicios.
  • Dirigir y apoyar al personal del almacén; asegurando que sigan las políticas de la empresa y las pautas de seguridad.
  • Monitorear niveles de inventario, realizar auditorías de stock y coordinar con adquisiciones para el reabastecimiento.
  • Asegurar la calidad del producto y abordar cualquier inconveniente.
  • Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro en el almacén.
  • Crear y analizar informes de rendimiento para identificar áreas de mejora.

Calificaciones:

  • Experiencia en gestión de almacenes o un rol similar.
  • Conocimiento de manufactura esbelta y Six Sigma (certificaciones son un plus).
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de liderazgo.
  • Dominio de sistemas de gestión de almacenes y Microsoft Office.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación.
  • Se prefiere un título en logística, gestión de la cadena de suministro o un campo relacionado.
