Job Title: Sales Associate III

Join the Tapestry team as a Sales Associate III and be part of a global house of brands committed to innovation and inclusivity. As a Sales Associate III, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive sales results through effective selling strategies, clienteling, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and store objectives.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy selling floor, adhering to Coach standards and policies.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
