We are in search of part-time drivers dedicated to our Mobility Transportation Services. The primary focus is on the PACE transportation program, where our drivers ensure safe and comfortable travel for seniors attending the PACE senior center.

Key responsibilities for Mobility Transportation Drivers include:

  • Providing transportation for clients to various locations, including medical appointments and residential areas.
  • Assisting clients with mobility needs using specialized vehicles.
  • Ensuring safe and efficient transit while prioritizing client comfort.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and their families.

Position Details:

  • Part-time roles available, offering up to 29 hours weekly.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays is necessary.
  • Flexible scheduling options are available.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided, including CPR and First Aid certification.

Minimum qualifications for applicants:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
  • Ability to obtain a chauffeur's license after receiving a job offer.
  • Successful completion of an agility assessment is required.
  • Must pass background checks and drug tests.

Post-Employment Requirements:

  • Must obtain a valid Michigan chauffeur's license prior to starting.
  • Completion of CPR and First Aid training within a designated timeframe is mandatory.
