Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at Good Samaritan Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating clinical activities within the Department, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and supervising staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate clinical activities within the Department
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Supervise staff members to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Assume house supervision duties as assigned
  • Collaborate with the Manager and/or Director to plan, organize, and supervise delivery of care/standards of practice
  • Assume overall management responsibilities in the absence of the Director or Manager
  • Responsible for the general management of patient/customer concerns
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in patient satisfaction and participate in customer service activities
  • Increase communication and awareness across the organization to improve patient satisfaction
  • Optimize resource use to maximize productivity and minimize costs
