We are seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our environmental and industrial service teams. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of multiple crews engaged in various projects.

We specialize in providing comprehensive industrial cleaning services to sectors such as utilities, mining, chemical production, pulp and paper, and manufacturing. Our expertise includes hydro blasting, vacuum truck operations, and customized maintenance solutions for sulfuric acid facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage work schedules and manpower allocation.
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Communicate safety protocols, project updates, and HR matters to team members.
  • Handle administrative duties including attendance tracking, customer inquiries, job documentation, and project coordination.
  • Adhere to safety standards set by GEIR.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Participate in monthly leadership training sessions.

Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in managing and scheduling teams for industrial and environmental services is required.
  • Prior experience in an industrial or plant environment is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to perform manual labor in outdoor settings.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
  • Must be able to use a respirator in environments with potential chemical exposure.
  • Availability to work extended shifts as needed, including emergency responses.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License; CDL preferred.
  • Preferred: 4-6 years of hands-on experience with tools and heavy equipment.
Compensation and Benefits:
