Job Overview

We are in search of skilled Maintenance Technicians for direct hire opportunities. Compensation ranges from $25 to $29 per hour, with additional shift differentials for evening and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute repairs on machinery during operational downtimes.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repair serviceable parts offline.
  • Assess equipment conditions continuously and identify areas for enhancing repair efficiency.
  • Address production downtime requests promptly.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment.
  • Support the installation, modification, and relocation of machinery.
  • Utilize the Inventory Management System to find and procure machine components.
Required Skills
  • Proficient in equipment repair
  • Experience in routine maintenance
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Knowledge of corrective and preventative maintenance
  • Capability in installation and modification of machinery
  • Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems
