Job Title: Inbound Supervisor

At Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Inbound Supervisor to oversee the processing of inbound deliveries and maintain the Lakeshore Standard of Excellence. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on quality and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Inbound associates follow standardized processes for unloading, receiving, and putting away product safely and accurately.
  • Plan and monitor daily labor needs based on immediate and forecasted order and unit volumes.
  • Set daily goals and monitor performance to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the quality of Inbound processes.
  • Assign duties and assess work for exactness and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Continuously work on process improvement.
  • Ensure team members receive training for job activities and define specific job assignments.
  • Train, coach, and mentor associates.
  • Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of prior Inbound Operations or similar experience.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Outlook and Excel.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures and protocol.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
