Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Search Consultant to join our team. As a Search Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates. You will partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions, connect clients with qualified candidates, and conduct reference checks on candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
- Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions
- Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
- Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
- Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
- Conduct reference checks on candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
- Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
- Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
- Effective negotiation skills
- A degree is preferred but not required
- Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting pay of $50,000 annually, with a commission quota of $160,000 annually. You will also be eligible to earn commissions, which can range from $40k to $500k annually. In addition, you would be eligible to participate in gpac benefits, including health, dental, vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and 401k plan.
