Job Summary: Under the guidance of the VP - Value Based Care, the analyst will oversee and conduct a range of financial analyses and reporting tasks. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience may substitute for a B.A. degree.
  • Strong financial analysis skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to enhance performance and streamline processes.
  • Experience in health plans is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities; proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify financial improvement opportunities and implement actionable initiatives.
