The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time night shift. As a nurse in our skilled care facility, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote resident health and well-being
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
