Job Summary

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at our Waconia, MN facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of medical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Minnesota
  • Experience in skilled care or long-term care preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
