About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Sales Associate to join our team at Grainger. As a Branch Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our branch locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, order entry, and loading customer vehicles
  • Maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including picking, preparing, and staging orders, as well as merchandising and showroom replenishment
  • Learn and navigate different computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities
  • Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized branch environment

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance
  • Willingness to learn and operate powered industrial equipment
