The estimated salary for this role is $69,000 - $123,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Progressive Care Nurse to join our team at Swedish Edmonds. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions, and promoting a safe and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions.
  • Implement evidence-based practices, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in progressive care nursing.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, documenting patient progress and communicating effectively with families and colleagues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington State RN license.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Acls certification upon hire.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year of progressive care nursing experience.
