About the Job

We are looking for a Community Relations Specialist to join our team at Tailwind Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a sense of community among residents, promoting a positive living experience, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community engagement initiatives, promoting a sense of community among residents.
  • Coordinate community events, fostering a positive living experience and promoting a sense of belonging among residents.
  • Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including resident relations, marketing campaigns, and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, and/or one or more years of progressive experience in student housing.

Salary

$44,000 - $49,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
