Position Summary

We are looking for a diligent and motivated individual to fill the role of Civil Construction Foreman, with a specific focus on wireless civil expertise. This position is crucial for the execution of various civil construction projects, playing a key role in the successful delivery of infrastructure and development tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust work ethic, a readiness to learn, and the ability to adapt to diverse construction responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and removal of all components related to wireless cell site foundations, including compounds, shelters, trenchwork, concrete, conduit, and steel installations.
  • Operate heavy machinery and trucks for excavation, installation, and project completion.
  • Fulfill foreman duties while effectively collaborating with management, staff, and client needs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and routine maintenance on various cell tower types.
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently within project parameters.
  • Capable of working at heights.
  • Willingness to travel overnight for extended periods.
  • Possess knowledge of cell site service monitors, RF testing equipment, fiber optics, and PIM equipment.
  • Assist in the construction of various communication sites, including self-supporting, guyed, monopoles, and rooftops.
