Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Covington, Washington. As a Registered Nurse in our Step Down Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to patients in the Step Down Unit
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their unique needs and develop effective care strategies
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Requirements:
* Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
* BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
* At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Step Down Unit
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
