Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team at Quality Technology Services, LLC. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing process changes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to collect and analyze data from various sources, including business applications and databases.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including facilities operations leadership, third-party providers, and vendors.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to drive business results.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Create and present data-driven reports and visualizations to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: One or more years of experience in facilities operations, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Three or more years of experience in facilities operations, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Skills: Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel pivot tables and charting, and proficiency in business applications and databases.
