We are currently seeking a Leasing Specialist for an apartment community located in North Chesterfield, VA. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the apartment management industry, preferably with lease-up experience. Alternatively, candidates with retail sales or hospitality experience who are willing to be trained in the multi-family environment as a leasing consultant are encouraged to apply.

The selected candidate will be responsible for responding to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, touring apartments, and assisting with marketing plans. They will also process rental applications, execute leases, collect deposits, manage move-ins and move-outs, and process maintenance requests and work orders. Additionally, they will assist with any other administrative and property management tasks assigned by the Leasing Manager.
