Compensation: $28.00 per hour

Position Summary:

The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure the production of high-quality products. This role requires a semi-skilled, fully competent individual with substantial experience in operating machines and factory-related equipment. The operator will work autonomously under limited supervision and may provide guidance to other employees without holding a supervisory role. The operator will also contribute to maintaining a safe working environment and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to address work-related challenges, enhance processes, and boost productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify parts and associated documentation, interpreting job travelers to determine the necessary processes before loading parts onto racks, trays, or carts.
  • Adhere to schedules and time allowances while frequently monitoring machines to ensure software discrepancies are addressed.
  • Identify parts and quantities that require additional probes, wires, fixtures, or thermocouple placements prior to the curing process.
  • Remove probes, wires, fixtures, and clean all parts before transitioning them to the next stage of production.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in operating manufacturing equipment is advantageous.
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus.
  • Intermediate mathematical skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Intermediate computer skills.

Computer Skills:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is preferred.
