Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team at Labcorp. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy of laboratory results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood specimens from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
  • Enter patient information into our database with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide superior customer service to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with our laboratory team to ensure seamless specimen processing and testing
Requirements
  • Valid Washington state Phlebotomy License or application in process
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist or in a related healthcare field
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
