Internship Program:
This structured internship spans 10 weeks, offering a paid opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals. Interns will gain exposure to various operational facets, including project management, field operations, estimating, engineering, safety, and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of construction projects
  • Attend project management meetings
  • Aid in coordinating project activities to meet cost, schedule, safety, and quality benchmarks
  • Conduct contract reviews
  • Assist in the formulation and upkeep of project schedules
  • Engage in process submittals and RFI evaluations
  • Participate in safety and quality assurance inspections
  • Involve in project take-off and close-out processes
  • Generate purchase orders and change orders

Qualifications:
Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Actively pursuing a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible and eager to tackle diverse assignments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
  • Previous experience on a commercial construction site
  • OSHA 10-hour training or equivalent
  • Ability to interpret blueprints
