  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members as needed.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in production operations or a related field.
  • Compressor experience a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
