  • Leadership and Collaboration: Foster cross-functional relationships with healthcare executives, physicians, and other stakeholders to drive interdisciplinary services and initiatives.
  • Quality Improvement: Integrate and standardize pharmacy services, focusing on quality improvement practices and patient safety.
  • Financial Management: Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for pharmacy services, ensuring effective financial stewardship and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local pharmacy-related laws, regulations, and rules.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, local/state/federal legislation, and best practices to manage and reduce legal risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree required.
  • Certification and Licensing: Active Florida Pharmacist License required.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes: Strong business and management principles, leadership, and communication skills.
