Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for patient care services, aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide administrative oversight for assigned patient care units and departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

- Support the Magnet Program Director and Magnet program by ensuring the support of a shared governance model, collection of data, writing of exemplars, and coordination of the document as requested.
