We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Laurels of Huber Heights. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to the success of our long-term care facility.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the care provided by our team members, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care.
- Assess the health of residents, notify physicians of changes in status, and implement new orders.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, selecting and instituting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize residents' conditions and prevent complications.
- Contribute to the assessment and development of care plans, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
- Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- ADN or BSN degree
- Prefer 2 years' experience in a long-term care setting
