Job Summary

Pivot Onsite Innovations is seeking a skilled and self-driven Paramedic to fill a full-time position at our onsite healthcare clinic. This role will provide critical care services to employees as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies, administering basic first aid and medical support as necessary.
  • Assess the nature and extent of injuries/illnesses, performing drug tests, hearing tests, pulmonary function, and fit tests as required.
  • Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities to obtain instructions and follow up accordingly.
  • Collaborate with client and site personnel to prevent workplace incidents and hazards.
  • Develop a culture of trust and caring, encouraging employees to take responsibility for reducing or eliminating actions that contribute to injury and illness.
Requirements
  • Valid state license
  • 2+ years of previous industry experience
  • 2+ years of Occupational Health experience (preferred)
  • CPR/First Aid certifications
  • CAOHC certification (Occupational Hearing Conservationist) and Breath alcohol technician (DOT) and Urine Drug Screening (DOT) training (desired)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and employees
