Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized plans to support individuals in achieving their goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other members of the Sevita team to ensure that individuals receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
