Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Support management in overall store leadership and supervision
  • Brand Awareness and Advocacy
    • Drive brand awareness and brand advocacy to exceed projected store goals
  • Associate Development and Recruitment
    • Aide in recruiting, hiring, and monitoring the development of store associates
  • Customer Experience and Relationships
    • Provide premium customer experience and build relationships with consumers
  • Visual Merchandising and Brand Presentation
    • Support management in maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
  • Financial Management
    • Ensure financial objectives and controls are consistently and correctly managed
  • Store Operations
    • In the absence of store management, provide leadership necessary to ensure the store consistently operates to luxury brand standards
  • Culture and Teamwork
    • Foster and support a collaborative and open environment across all areas of the company

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • 1-3 years retail management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with high-end luxury and/or custom products
    • Strong sales skills in a consultative environment
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, direct, and train others in a store setting
    • Skilled at current best practice retail methods, procedures, and standards
    • Demonstrated team player able to both lead and follow
    • Flexibility in work schedule reflecting the needs and patterns of store hours
    • Fluency with current retail software/computer systems
