At SEOULSPICE, we're dedicated to sharing the essence of Korean culture and hospitality with our community.

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our General Manager in achieving our goals and upholding our high standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all operational standards and systems are upheld to provide the best support to the General Manager and the team.
  • Food Quality and Customer Service: Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain a high level of food quality and customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide team members during your shifts to ensure smooth operations and upholding all food safety standards and regulations.
  • Culture Ambassador: Treat all team members and customers with love and respect, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere at all times, and sharing the essence of Korean culture with every interaction.
  • Goal Achievement: Contribute to the achievement of the restaurant's goals and objectives, working closely with the General Manager to drive success.
  • Staff Development: Assist with training and development of staff members, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Korean Culture Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in Korean culture and cuisine is essential for this role.
  • Restaurant Experience: 1 year of restaurant management experience or 2+ years of US Military service is required.
  • Certifications: Current ServSafe certification and all necessary managerial certifications as required by the Department of Health in our operating region.
  • Availability: Evening and weekend availability is essential to achieve hours in this role.
  • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to any situation with positivity and confidence is crucial.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example, embodying our core values of positivity, respect, dedication, and teamwork.
