Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Rmhcincinnati. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our facility, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the House, including hallways, floors, and common areas.
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Clean guest rooms, public restrooms, and kitchens, and perform laundry and linen services.
  • Identify and communicate any maintenance or safety issues to the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, including cleaning products and linens.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of related experience, including experience with cleaning products and tools.
  • Strong time management skills and proven history of workplace punctuality.
  • Self-directed and motivated, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, with availability to work evenings and weekends. Our House is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
