As a Behavioral Health Technician at Wexford Health Sources Inc., you will be part of a multidisciplinary treatment team working together to provide comprehensive care. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and conducting therapeutic client activities, supervising groups of clients, and evaluating client capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement therapeutic plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Lead group sessions to promote social skills, emotional regulation, and cognitive functioning.
  • Evaluate client progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, along with a current CPR certification from a recognized organization. Knowledge of therapeutic activity programs and experience working with mentally ill or intellectually and developmentally disabled populations is highly desirable.
