Radiology Department Manager

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Manager to lead our Diagnostic Imaging team at Samaritan Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Radiology department, including managing personnel, ensuring smooth departmental performance, and contributing to strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the Radiology department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to strategic planning.
- Manage personnel, including evaluations, hiring, and terminations, while ensuring smooth departmental performance.
- Assist with direct clinical care, ensuring continuity and quality in patient services.
- Stay at the forefront of medical imaging technology, working with our administration and foundation to keep our equipment updated and current.
- An unencumbered Oregon license in a medical imaging modality and corresponding registration (e.g. ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB, etc.) is required.
- Two (2) years of experience in a position of similar complexity and responsibility is required.
- Experience and/or training in medical terminology and computer skills is required.
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification is required.
