About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled RN to fill the role of Clinical Epilepsy Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) and developing strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement evidence-based best practices for epilepsy care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in nursing (MSN)
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Certification in epilepsy care within two years of hire date
  • Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
