Compensation and Benefits: The organization provides a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 (flexible and negotiable based on experience).

Job Summary:
The Rehabilitative Movement Specialist is tasked with evaluating patients' conditions, formulating and executing tailored treatment strategies, and delivering therapeutic exercises and education aimed at enhancing physical function, relieving discomfort, and improving mobility.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients to determine suitable physical therapy interventions.
  • Create individualized treatment plans and strategies based on specific patient requirements and objectives.
  • Administer hands-on therapy and exercises to enhance patients' physical capabilities, alleviate discomfort, and boost overall mobility.
  • Track and document patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing recovery and prevent future injuries.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the facility to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain precise and current patient records in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in team meetings, contributing insights and suggestions to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous professional development opportunities to remain informed about advancements in physical therapy practices.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in an outpatient clinical environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to meet diverse patient needs and schedules.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
