The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and a proven track record of leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of technicians and ensure the efficient and safe completion of repairs and maintenance tasks on customer vehicles.
- Assign and prioritize tasks to technicians based on skill level and workload.
- Monitor progress and quality of repairs and maintenance services.
- Train and mentor new technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and maintain service logs.
- Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns.
- Stay up to date with advances in automotive technology and repair techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
