Role SummaryThe RESPOND Assistant Program Manager is crucial in steering residential initiatives within the Youth and Family Services sector. This position involves:

- Maintain accurate records to comply with clinical documentation standards and prepare for monitoring visits.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and provide staff training as necessary.
- Conduct interviews, hire, and assess staff to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Foster positive relationships with external agencies to explore program growth opportunities.
- Oversee clinical processes, methodologies, and crisis management.
- Participate in on-call rotation duties.
- Manage departmental budget expenditures effectively.
- Supervise purchasing and expense reconciliation procedures.
- A Master's degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, or nursing (with a clinical focus in human services) OR a Bachelor's degree in Mental Health, Social Work, or a related field with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Unlicensed individuals must be willing to obtain licensure or PCB certification upon hire.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
- This role is primarily office-based, with occasional attendance at external meetings and conferences.
- Flexibility in schedule is necessary to meet program demands.
- Ability to travel to various Familylinks locations as needed.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to ten pounds.
