Position Overview:

CornerStone Staffing is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Material Handler. This position plays a crucial part in the operations of one of the largest independent specialty pharmacies in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute physical and administrative tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of various products and materials.
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping and rejecting unsatisfactory items as necessary.
  • Handle heavy items and operate motorized equipment within the warehouse, including forklifts and cherry pickers.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping records, including posting weights and shipping charges, while ensuring goods are ready for final dispatch.
  • Organize, stock, and distribute materials within inventory and on production lines.
  • Assist in preparing kitting packages for assembly operations.
  • Work on routine assignments with limited judgment required, following detailed instructions provided for all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating deep reach trucks.
  • Familiarity with various Power Industrial Equipment (e.g., forklifts, cherry pickers, electric pallet jacks).
  • Some experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
