Position Summary:

  • Oversees all aspects of benefits management and leave administration.
  • Creates and implements recognition initiatives for PNWU personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and updates employee benefits records across various systems.
  • Facilitates the processing of benefits documentation and assists staff with inquiries related to benefits.
  • Organizes and manages HR benefit-related events.
  • Administers and tracks all leave requests and statuses.
  • Performs additional duties as required by departmental needs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's Degree required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a related field preferred.
  • Desired Skills and Competencies:
