Position Summary:
- Oversees all aspects of benefits management and leave administration.
- Creates and implements recognition initiatives for PNWU personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains and updates employee benefits records across various systems.
- Facilitates the processing of benefits documentation and assists staff with inquiries related to benefits.
- Organizes and manages HR benefit-related events.
- Administers and tracks all leave requests and statuses.
- Performs additional duties as required by departmental needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's Degree required.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a related field preferred.
