As a Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you'll focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, building strong client relationships that will grow stronger each year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
  • Help to ensure all clients' needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Other duties as assigned
Your Expertise:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
