Paralegal II

Factory Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal II to join our team. As a Paralegal II, you will provide legal and advisory support for our active corporate and commercial real estate portfolio.

• Prepare, review, and interpret commercial leases, lease amendments, and other related documents.
• Draft, negotiate, and review vendor and professional services contracts.
• Maintain corporate minute books, file annual reports, and draft resolutions.
• Conduct due diligence for real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Perform title review, legal research, and analysis, including zoning and permitting matters.
• Support and manage working relationships with internal business partners.
• Prepare and make recommendations on leasing, contract, and corporate governance issues.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a real estate/corporate paralegal position.
• Background in real estate ownership, transactions, and management.
• Experience with general contract matters, corporate formation, and governance.
