Construction Quality Manager

This is a critical on-site role at a prominent government facility. The successful candidate will collaborate with the client, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure the timely and safe completion of construction projects. A strong background in quality control, particularly on Federal or Government projects, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality control initiatives to ensure compliance with Federal project standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement quality control plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address quality control issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Ensure all projects meet or exceed quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control, project management, or a related field on Federal projects.
  • Proven track record of success in quality control and project management on government construction projects.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Prior experience in quality control within Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Architectural scopes preferred.
  • Prior experience working as a CQC Manager on Federal projects or within a Federal Government Quality Control program.
  • Willingness to work on-site at a government facility.
